What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is a powerful confidential, personalized service that is designed to enhance people’s personal and professional lives. Quite simply, it helps bring you from where you are now to where you want to be. It is designed for people who are doing OK but want to do better! Life coaching really gets you places!
Please be aware that though I offer both life coaching and counseling, they are, in fact, distinct services. Life coaching is not a mental health service and as such, is not reimbursed by health insurance and it has its’ own separate rate structure.

Working with Susan Costello has been a great blessing to me. You would not know it today, but over 10 years ago, my life felt upside down and backwards with no understanding of how to "right the ship".
